We love the outdoors! One of the biggest treats about the outdoors is watching and listening to the beautiful selection of birds and animals we have seen right outside our windows. Our daily visitors are the deer, squirrels, chipmunks and birds...many, many birds. Once in a while a bear will come in to drink the nectar in a hummingbird feeder or eat all the sunflower seeds and suet in the bird feeders. When work runs into the evening we can sometimes hear the Great Horned Owls, racoons, coyotes and wolves.
This beauty around us has spilled over into our work. It is so important in this busy world to take the time to stop what you are doing every once in a while and pay attention to the natural world around you. It relieves stress and produces tranquility and can bring a smile to your face. Just watch the birds coming into your favorite feeder for a few minutes and you will see what I mean. At this time, we cannot ship outside of the United States and Canada.
Shipping Time: Most items will ship within 2 to 3 business days of completing payment for your order. Items that are made by Coveside are an exception to this rule. There items can take 5 to 7 business days. In some rare instances, items run out of stock quickly and may be backordered. When we become aware of a backorder or a delay in shipment, we will let you know right away. And finally, once your package is on its way, we will inform you and give you tracking information. Most orders arrive within 7-10 days from the time that your order is paid for.
Order Status/Tracking: We make every effort to keep you informed on the status of your order. Where possible we notify you of shipment and provide package tracking numbers. In many cases our products are now being shipped to you directly from the manufacturers. Some of them provide us with individual shipment info that we can pass along to you, but the majority do not. If you ever have a question concerning your order status your best option is to contact us. We will be happy to trace your order and let you know exactly what the status is.
Guarantee/Returns/Exchanges:
We are dedicated to providing you with quality products; however, we understand
sometimes you just aren't happy with a purchase or there may be a defect. You
can return an item for any reason within 14 days of receipt in the same new
condition with ALL original materials and packing. Shipping/Handling costs are
non-refundable.
All items being returned will require an Authorization Number in order to be accepted. Please do not ship anything back without getting this information in advance or your return may not be accepted. In order to get an Authorization Number, please email us at returns@lakewoodemporium.com for instructions. Exchange or credit or refund will be applied once the item has been returned and processed.
